Since all products are special or customized, we do not accept returns or refunds in principle unless it is due to our fault or the product is damaged during transportation. If this happens, please contact us in time and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.

Return conditions

If you need to return an item due to damage or error on our part, please contact us at luckinfortunes@gmail.com and provide photos of the packaging or item damage (if applicable). Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed return instructions. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior notification.

Kind tips

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. If the product is defective, damaged or not as ordered, we will assess the problem and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Special Notes

Unfortunately, promotional items cannot be returned or refunded. Please understand.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you promptly whether your refund has been approved. If a refund is approved, the funds will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
